How much do you charge?
Please see my Prices page
Which areas do you cover?
I generally work within a 15-mile radius of Beeston, Nottingham. Please contact me for pricing should you wish to book outside of this area.
Do I need to provide anything on the day?
No. I bring everything I need. You have enough to think about!
When do you arrive?
I aim to arrive 30 minutes before the event starts, so I am set up and ready to go!
Do you only work weekends?
Generally, I do. I may be available for some weekday evening events. Please contact me for further information.
Can I pay on the day of the event?
Yes, you can, but I would prefer payment via the website or via bank transfer in advance. If I am doing a ‘pay per face’ event I am able to accept cash or card payments.
Can I call you to discuss an event?
Of course – my telephone number is 07968 367767.

Yes, I have £5 million Public Liability insurance.

Please check your junk folder, the email should have been sent. Please contact me if you require assistance.
Cancellations
If you require to cancel the booking, please notify me at least 3 days before the day of the booking and I will refund any money paid in full. As a general rule, if the cancellation period is within 3 days of the booking, I will refund 50% of any money paid.
If my venue is outside your working area, how much extra will I be charged?
I will charge 50p per mile (outside the 15-mile radius) for both legs of the journey.
Face Painting
What’s the best way to remove face paint?
I recommend good old fashion soap and flannel! Baby wipes are ok but tend to smear the paint around rather than remove it. I advise gently moisturising the skin after cleansing.
How old do children need to be?
It isn’t recommended to paint children under 3 years old due to their sensitive skin. I can however paint something small on their hands.
Can children sleep with their face paints on?
It is advisable to remove the face paints before bed both for the sake of the child’s skin and bedclothes! The paints can dry out the skin if left on too long.
How do you prevent cross-infection from one child to another?
Paint brushes are cleaned between each child and each child is painted with clean sponges.
How many children can you paint in an hour?
Typically I can paint between 10-12 faces depending on the designs chosen.
Glitter Tattoos
What’s the best way to remove a glitter tattoo?
The glue can be a little tricky to remove, but I find baby oil works well.
How long do Glitter Tattoos last?
They can last up to 7 days depending on where they have been placed. Rubbing on clothing can remove the glitter.
Can glitter tattoos be painful?
The stencil does need to stick to the skin, so sometimes it can feel like a sticky plaster is being removed. I advise not to have tattoos on particularly hairy arms/legs! I do everything I can to prevent any discomfort.
How many tattoos can you apply in an hour?
It normally takes between 4-5 minutes to apply a tattoo – so approximately 12 tattoos per hour.
